Access Health CT is Connecticut’s official health insurance marketplace. It offers Connecticut residents and small employers a range of qualified health care coverage options from health insurance carriers and public health care programs. You can get the coverage you need online, over the phone or in person.
ahCT Plus is the Mobile App for Access Health CT providing numerous features to Connecticut Residents at the convenience of their fingertips! You can use the Mobile App to quickly enroll in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) and depending on your eligibility, you may qualify for an Advanced Premium Tax Credit (APTC) or Cost Sharing Reduction (CSR) to help with paying for your health coverage.
You can also use the App to search for health insurance professionals close to you, and connect and communicate with them by chatting, setting up appointments, or even conducting video meetings all from within the App.

3. Create an account that you can use to sign up for a health plan and obtain benefits you are eligible for using the Mobile App. You can also use it to log into www.accesshealthct.com as the App and website are completely interoperable
4. For customers, once your application has been submitted, you can conveniently log into the Account tab to upload verification documents using the camera on your mobile device, and view your household enrollments, messages, documents and notices
