Quick adrenal burnout check.
The Adrenal Burnout Test App is part of the Health Fountain ‘Stress in the City’ ™ series of Apps, which allow you to determine whether or not you may be heading towards adrenal burnout, commonly referred to as ‘burnout’.
If addressed early, burnout can be prevented, thus saving a lot of heartache and misery.
Scoring:
0 – 23 (no burnout),
24 – 52 (may be heading towards burnout – higher figure is worse),
(53+ - you may be in the danger zone, professional help may be needed.)
Other Apps in the series allow you to check your stress levels (Stress Test App) and the well-being of your adrenal glands (Adrenal Fatigue Test App).

It is recommended that you start with the Stress Test App, and then depending on your results, move onto the Adrenal Fatigue Test App and if necessary, the Adrenal Burnout Test App in the series.
