This app will teach you how to train your body and mind through slow breathing so that you are totally relaxed when giving birth, yet completely aware at the same time. The focus of the program is to return to you as a woman your right to call upon your natural birthing instinct and enjoy a calm, serene and memorable experience.

WHEN TO START LISTENING TO THE APP
It is recommended to start around 25 – 28 weeks to give yourself plenty of practice time. Here is what you will learn:
