"The Military War Criminal Code (also known with the acronym CPMG) was approved in Italy together with the Military Pace Criminal Code with RD February 20, 1941, n. 303.
The code deals with the crimes committed by the military in war. "
The CPMG is divided into 4 books, in turn divided into various titles:
First book - of the military criminal law of war, in general;
Title I - of the military criminal law of war and its application;
Title II - Supreme commander;
Title III - of the termination of the application of the Military War Criminal Law.
Second book - of crimes and military penalties, in general;
Title I - General provisions;
Title II - of the deferral of the execution of prison and accessory penalties;
Title III - of special cases of extinction of the crime;
Title IV - of war rehabilitation.
Third book - military crimes, in particular;
Title I - General provisions;
Title II - of crimes against loyalty and military defense;
Title III - of the crimes against the service in war;
Title IV - crimes against the laws and uses of war.
Fourth Book - of the Military War Criminal Procedure.
Title I - of the military war jurisdiction;
Title II - General provisions for the Military War Criminal Procedure;
Title III - Special provisions.
