Easy way to stop smoking
Stop Smoking Widget 2.0 – Application which helps you to stop smoking.
The idea of a Widget is the gradual reduction of dependence by controlling your smoking habit. The core of the Application is based on mathematical function that limits the time for smoking, gradually reducing it to 12 weeks.
Instructions:
After installing the Application, place one of the Widgets on the home screen.
By clicking on the Widget icon brings you to the main page, which displays one of two possible states: "Smoking is not allowed" (red icon with a crossed-out cigarette) and "Smoking is allowed" (green icon; cigarette is not crossed out).
In "Smoking is not allowed" status you can’t smoke, in "Smoking is allowed" status - you can.
On "Timer" page displays the active status. After the expiration of the time, the status will change. In the status "Smoking is allowed" appears the button"I'm taking a cigarette", which captures the smoking of a cigarette. Press the button when you smoke. Button disappears in "Smoking is not allowed" status.
Every time you’re going to smoke, check the status of the Widget.
Noting the cigarette you smoke, you will be able to keep track of statistics. “Daily” Statistic tracksall cigarettes smoked per day, "Weekly" shows the number of cigarettes smoked per week. "Archive" keeps the information about each day of using the Application.
Each pagecontains information about the money you spent.
In Settings you set a price for one cigarette pack. If you prefer different brands of cigarettes, enter the average cost of a pack.
You can monitor the changes of App status in notification bar, noting this option inSettings.
