The idea is based around a free-to-use web-based workout platform for all desktop and mobile devices. The workouts are built on the 7 Minute training principle - they are fast, efficient, and don´t leave any room for excuses. Anyone, regardless of how busy his or her schedule, can make the time for a 7-minute workout. FREEXFIT also integrates a motivational and reward based system into the platform to encourage users after every workout by making workouts more fun.
