The Kersh Health App turns your device into a personal health management powerhouse! You can take the Qscore Health Assessment and then watch videos or read articles specific to improving your health. You can keep track of your incentive progress from anywhere. You can even submit your dental, vision or doctor’s form directly from your phone before you leave their offices.
Features:
Qscore: Just how healthy are you? Take your personal Qscore assessment to find out. If you already have a Qscore, access your report on your phone or tablet to review by yourself or with your healthcare provider. You can view your health in six different categories and learn how you can improve in each.
Education: Access Kersh Health’s entire library of articles, videos, and newsletters. If you’ve taken the Qscore, the articles and videos will be tailored to your specific areas of improvement. Now you can earn incentive credit for health education on the go (if applicable).
Health Activities: Did you just visit the doctor or dentist? Pull out your phone and submit your annual dental, vision, or doctor’s form as you leave the doctor’s office! You can also enter and review approvals for Green Light Events like local 5K’s and more.
Incentives: Curious how many incentive points you’ve earned? Want to view your current reward status? Track your incentive progress with the Kersh Health app.
