An old Russian cards team game - unique and not like any other card game.
Those who play Kozel say that it's the most interesting card game. And you couldn't agree more. No any other card game has trumpness influencing on cards deal. And that’s not all. Two level scores count can be compared with strategical and tactical game feature. Taking into account that Kozel is the team game the participant gets the real card duel. Lots of game rules equals the team’s chances on the way to the victory. As the result the strongest team always wins not the one which is luckier. This is the biggest Kozel feature which makes it more like chess.
The represented game version is close to so called Tula version and includes the following features:
- trumpnesses
- so, called "first" trumpness is actually the first and means that the trump is diamonds. The first move will do the player who has diamond ace.
- The game score will be added with 6 points if the team gains 0 points in the round, 4 points will be added if there 31 and 2 points, if 31 and more in the round.
- The balls situation means that each team gained 60 points in a round. Points won't be added to the score but the score of the next round will be doubled.
- Six participate in the game, the record goes with seven
- cards will be deal again if the only player has all queens or shoha (clubs six) and three senior queens.
- the last trump can be passed to the game partner.
The current game is version 1.0. It means that not all game options can be used e.g. there is only one trumpness - the simple one.
The simple trumpness (Gentlemen).
Cards are deal openly to the trumped participant until there will be first non-trump (queens, jacks, shoha). This card suit is appointed as the trump and the cards is continued until each participant gets 8 cards. Retrumpness is required if shoha or clubs queen will appear while open cards deal.
Evolving the game will get new trumpness and game rules setting.
The main game evolving - the development of version 2.0 will be done online. It will allow to fully enjoy Kozel.
