We provide you with the new issue of the monthly "Kitchen. Gourmet magazine. " The editors of the first, most interesting Polish lifestyle-culinary magazine invites you to read, cook and talk together while eating!
"Kitchen" is almost 18 years old. It is the first magazine on the Polish market, which proposed to readers something more than the recipes themselves. Travelers write for us, who also discover new flavors while visiting the world. Historians and ethnographers write, well-known columnists write: Tessa Capponi-Borawska, Ludwik Lewin, Tadeusz Piórka and Marek Bieńczyk. We have established cooperation with Jam Oliver, who presents his recipes in our pages. At the request of readers, we talk to the most famous chefs and gourmets - we confided in, among others Heston Blimenthal and Nigel Slater, Sophie Dahl and Gordon Ramsay. We urge the best Polish chefs to share their ideas for dishes with us. We encourage you to cook younger readers together through a funny, simple and energy recipe for Tomek Woźniak. And for people who like culinary challenges, we have a French school of cooking slightly more difficult, time -consuming dishes, but extremely effective. We also write about new products that appear on the market - how they taste and use them, what to combine. We promote Polish food from small farms, made healthy, ecologically, without chemistry - we visit producers of wonderful cheese, sausages, vegetables and fruits, honey, tinctures.
Finally, we write about restaurants, pubs and cafes, suggesting to readers the most interesting and tested addresses.
And - Last, But not LEAST - we don't forget about guilt and noble drinks, after all, they have been accompanying meetings at the table for centuries. In each monthly issue you will find a subjective alcohol review developed by our expert, Łukasz Klesyk.
