This Mobile Phone Application enables customers to access “Mercedes-Benz CONNECT” services in a convenient way via a smartphone. It provides various features including :
1. Remote Horn and Lights: Customer can easily find his vehicle by sounding the horn and flashing the lights, even if in a crowded parking lot.
2. Remote Door Lock/Unlock: Customer can easily lock or unlock his car's doors remotely in a safety way, even the car is faraway.
3. Vehicle Finder: Customer can locate the vehicle’s current place on the map, as long as the vehicle is approximately within two kilometers and operator’s mobile signal is available.
4. Send2Car: Customer can search and send the POIs, contacts’ address, current or destination location to the vehicle. When the car ignited, customer can start navigation against the POI/address/locations or download them to favorites.
5. View Dealer Information: Customer can view information of his selling dealers such as address, phone number. He can locate a dealer’s exact place on a map; send the dealer’s address to the vehicle; or just directly call the dealer. In addition, system can list the 5 nearest local dealers, customer can select and view their detail contact information and send its address to the vehicle.
6. View Account Information: Customer can check his account information, such as account number, alarm notification method, emergency contact information, and vehicle information, etc.
7. Roadside Assistance: Customer can reach Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance timely in a rapid way.
