With the ONE TRACK Sendungsverfolgung of Euro-Log AG, you can quickly find out as a private user in Germany, where your courier, express or package program (KEP) is currently located. Regardless of which of the connected KEP service providers you expect a program or who you have sent with it-just enter the shipment number and you will receive complete transparency about the "travel status" of your shipment. And for all service providers in the same way.

DHL, DHL Austria, DHL Express, DHL Fracht, DHL Swiss, DHL Swiss (E-Shipping), DPD, Fedex, GLS, Hermes, Austrian Post, Swiss Post, TNT and UPS.
Data protection and authorizations
Euro-Log AG takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We have therefore taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed. The Euro-Log quality and information security management system is certified according to the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. This ensures data security through Tüf Süd.
We have reduced the rights required for the operation of the app. The following rights are used:
• Access_network_state: Check the status of the data connection
• Access_wifi_state: For the connection with a Wi-Fi network required
• Internet: enables access to the web (required, otherwise the app cannot call up status information)
• Maps_Receive, Write_external_Storage: enables access to the map presentation of Google Maps
• Read_GServices: Allow the API to the web-based Google Services
• Read_phone_state, Receive, C2D_Message, Wake_lock: is needed to set up and receive notifications for push
Via the app
The ONE TRACK Sendungsverfolgung combined available shipment information from the Internet with the One Track Technology of Euro-Log AG and offers you the opportunity to simply track programs without knowing which KEP service provider the shipment is being transported. Simply enter your shipment number and have the shipment information displayed in the app. Alternatively, you can scan the tracking number with the camera of your device.
The app also offers you the option of setting up up to ten active notifications for a program. This allows you to monitor the progress of a program or recognize problems at an early stage. Do not wait any more whether a package comes or not, but control whether you want to be informed about every next status or the status at a certain time.
