Lip Re-tractors make it difficult to talk. You can order lip re-tractors from a lot of different online stores. There are 3 different sizes that I have seen for sale: Small, Medium and Large. For most adults, large is a good size. Teens and younger/smaller adults might find the medium size works better. I would guess anyone under 13 years old may want the small size.
