If TSF Shell Launcher is not displaying the Theme you have to install it manually. Sadly some Users have problems viewing the Theme. It is kind of a Launcher Bug and the only solution is to install the Theme manually. You will find always the latest Version on

1. click in the Play Store on download and install the Theme
2. click the Menu Button on your Phone and go on "Themes"
3. choose the Theme and click on "Apply"
