Book the health visits in Lombardy directly from your smartphone
SALUTILE Reservations is the app of Regione Lombardia with which you can book directly from your smartphone or tablet, health visits and diagnostic exams for you and your family.
With the app you can book only the prescribed services on electronic prescription.
Handwritten recipes or red recipes without a bar code positioned centrally can be booked by calling the Contact Center at the toll-free number on the landline and at the number 02 999 599 from a mobile network (for a fee at the cost foreseen by your tariff plan). The Contact Center is active from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 20.00, excluding holidays.
The app allows you to book directly in the integrated real-time healthcare facilities with the Regional Booking Network. The private facilities accredited with the SSN against a booking request sent via the app will call you back to set the desired appointment.
From the app as well as setting appointments, you can view the appointments registered in the Regional Booking Network, you can consult the first available dates offered by public health facilities and deprive SSN accredited, you can move the date of a reservation and you can cancel appointments to which you do not you can present yourself, making the place available for someone who needs it.
The appointments that can be consulted in the Regional Booking Network are those registered by the app, by the online services (www.prenotasalute.regione.lombardia.it), by the doctor, in the pharmacy or by the Contact Center or are the appointments notified by the healthcare company if you have fixed them directly at their CUP.
