Siaga Banjir are applications to monitor the height of the floodgates in the city of Jakarta. When the rainy season arrives, the height of each floodgate will experience erratic changes and can be a danger in line with the worse weather.
There are 12 floodgates that can be monitored with Siaga Banjir :
1. Katulampa
2. Pesanggrahan
3. Angke Hulu
4. Cipinang Hulu
5. Hulu haunts
6. Depok
7. Manggarai
8. Rubber
9. Pluit Reservoir
10. Fish Market
11. Pulo Gadung
12. Upstream crutches
Functions in Siaga Banjir :
- Summary of the last status (normal/alert/vulnerable/critical) from all floodgates that affect the city of Jakarta.
- Details of each floodgate, such as the location of the floodgates and charts of changes for the last 6 hours.
- Storing several locations (houses/school/office) and providing recommendations to be monitored for their effects on altitude changes at the floodgates.
- Information on the difference in water level status and its effect on Jakarta residents.
- Notification if the height of the floodgate becomes dangerous and will cause flooding in certain areas.
