The government policy determines that in 2014 the CPNS acceptance test will use the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) system. This policy is a new thing that has been tested on the 2013 CPNS acceptance test in 70 agencies.
In the 2014 CPNS test later, all central and regional agencies are required to use the CAT system, including the agencies that you are applying for.
CAT is an abbreviation of Computer Assisted Test which is a test to recruit CPNS which is done online by using a computer. So the exam no longer requires a 2B pencil and examination board such as in the LJK system, but a computer equipment is needed which will be provided by agencies that hold the 2014 CPNS test.
