Use a simple Samsung android phone or a tablet for handling visitors efficiently and effectively ----make reports ......no need to hv a PC at the entrance and burden the receptionist with keying in all the details ---let the visitor punch all the details and then message gets transmitted to corporate server and to the person to be met automatically....
