The Ulm app for Android
The Ulm app offers nine content modules:

View as a list or map view.
Map view:
Shows the Ulm card, the individual points of interest (Points of Interest, Poi) and your own location.
If the user touches a PIN, he receives short information to the raging Poi.
List view:
Shows the individual POIs as a pure list display. The user has the choice at all times to have the view he wanted comfortably displayed and switch between the views.
In addition, a route option from the current personal location to the selected POI is available.
The modules in detail:
Park
The clear presentation of all parking facilities in Ulm er parking garages offers direct and current orientation through the availability of parking spaces. By connecting to the Ulm Parklegie system, the number of free and the total number of parking facilities can be displayed. You will also find detailed information such as opening times and price information for every parking garage.
Worth seeing
The “Worth seeing” module offers an overview of the diverse offers in Ulm and around Ulm . Each point of interest (POI) is also displayed with many detailed information as a list or map view.
Citizen service
A clear presentation of urban departments and institutions supports the service concepts of the city Ulm . The individual facilities are shown with different detailed information such as address, telephone numbers, opening times etc.
Shopping
Diverse shops in Ulm and Neu- Ulm .
Food and Drink
Discover the various gastronomic offers.
Services
An overview of different service providers in the region.
City map Ulm
In addition to displaying its own location, the Ulm er city map offers the opportunity to filter the POIs of the individual modules.
The Ulm app is a common pilot project of Ulm / Neu- Ulm Touristik GmbH, Ulm er Park Betriebs-GmbH, Ulm er City Marketing EV and the city Ulm Central Control / Team IT.
With the experience from use, the need and opportunities for citizen and visitors should be tested. In addition to the ongoing improvement of the existing modules, the ongoing addition to further subject areas is sought.
