VGZ Medicijnen is a free Android application for everyone (even if you are not insured with health insurer VGZ) that sometimes or regularly take medication. VGZ Medicijnen helps you to take your medicines at the right moments and the right way. Taking medicines is often forgotten or postponed. This can have consequences for the functioning of the medicines, and therefore for cure or keeping the condition under control.
The most important function of VGZ Medicijnen is planning and registering the medicine intake. You can specify the period and times of the intake for a medicine yourself, after which you will automatically receive memories if desired to take the medicine in question. With VGZ Medicijnen you then easily keep this intake. Together with the way in which you experience your own health (at any time with or without explanation/memorandum) this is important information for an interview with the caregiver to determine the effectiveness of a medicine (or combination of medicines).
VGZ Medicijnen also contains a medicine atlas, available at the entered intake schedule per medicine. It contains the description, operation and possible side effects.
