Focus on sports development by emphasizing four key points:
a) the athlete
Skilled and has physical stability and endurance.
The formation of athletes based on human capital development is more focused on mental, spiritual and social preparation (personal formation).
b) Infrastructure
Providing a state training center complete with training facilities such as equipment to ensure the development of the National Youth Development Program is well implemented in the direction of the glorious Federal Territory.
c) sports associations
Conducting courses / seminars related to coaching and sports science to increase the number of qualified and qualified coaches in helping to improve the performance of athletes to ensure sports excellence in the Federal Territory.
d) sports management
Improve management efficiency of each sports association by organizing courses and seminars related to the management and administration of the association.
